Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liabilities.  You expressly understand and agree that the Site and the material and content are provided on an “as is” basis.  CRR, to the fullest extent permitted by law, disclaims all warranties, express or implied, statutory or otherwise, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, non-infringement of third parties’ rights, and fitness for a particular purpose.  CRR makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the content provided on or through the use of the Site.  To the extent permitted by law, CRR shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Site or the content thereon, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory.

Specifically, but not by way of limitation, you understand and agree that the ultimate build-out of the Crescent Ridge Ranch development is a dynamic process, and may not be identical to maps, drawings, depictions, views, amenities, features or concept plans displayed, described or linked on the Site; that any maps, drawings, depictions, views, amenities, features or concept plans displayed, described or linked on the Site may not be to scale; that any information on the Site pertaining to third-party homebuilders or other vendors and their products or services are furnished by such homebuilders or other vendors and should be independently verified; and that CRR makes no guarantees or warranties as to, and assumes no responsibility for, the accuracy or timeliness of the foregoing.

Nonendorsement.  The views and opinions of authors published on the Site do not necessarily reflect those of CRR. Reference to any specific products or services does not necessarily constitute or imply its endorsement or recommendation by CRR.

Links. The Site may provide links to other websites.  CRR does not assume responsibility for the accuracy of the information contained on those sites, nor does it endorse the products or services advertised or referred to on those sites. Governing Law. These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington without giving any effect to any principles of conflicts of law.  If any provision of the Terms of Use shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from the Terms of Use and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
